Vixonia asks, "Well, shall we move on to Allye then?"

Vixonia angles her ears forward in curiosity.

Senthic looks at you and lets out a hearty cheer on your behalf!

You grin at Vixonia.

Nilme looks at you and lets out a hearty cheer on your behalf!

Kethrai looks at you and applauds!

You get a rosewood lute inlaid with graceful cambrinth whorls from inside your lotusweave valise.

Kethrai gasps!

Kethrai says to you, "Gorgeous."

You beam at Kethrai!

You show Kethrai your rosewood lute.

Vixonia nods at Kethrai, obviously agreeing with his views.

The instrument has been well polished, the wood gleaming against the swirling designs tracing about the soundholes.

Senthic takes a sip of his wine.

You say, "Surprisingly hard to find a nice lute."

You grin.

You say, "Anyway, this is called, 'The Waves.' It's... well, it's something."

Eruwyn cocks her head at you.

Senthic says to you, "I come by a lot, in my line of work.. I could nab you one."

You grin wryly.

Senthic grins at you.

You beam at Senthic!

You exclaim, "That would be great!"

Vixonia angles her ears forward, gazing curiously at you.

Senthic beams at you! What a warm feeling!

You pluck experimentally at the strings of your rosewood lute. After a moment, you think maybe that it is in perfect tune.

Kethrai quietly says to Senthic, "She said 'lute,' not 'loot'...."

Senthic quietly says to Kethrai, "Oh."

Vixonia giggles at Kethrai.

You chortle softly at some secret joke.

Senthic winces.

(Allye strums a quiet tune on her lute, the notes gently rising and falling along a minor chord like a pensive sigh.)

You quietly sing in a soprano voice:

   "I dreamt the waves swept me to sea,
    And drowned me in the ocean deep,
    They silenced each wrong part of me,
    And all they left was peace."

(Allye leans over her instrument as the tune carries on. Her eyes close, and a serene, impassive expression plays across her features.)

Nilme gazes at you.

You quietly sing in a soprano voice:

   "They quelled the shouting in my mind,
    The urgency somehow subsided,
    And then there was enough of time
    For me to simply breathe."

Eruwyn gazes thoughtfully at you.

(Allye opens her eyes but keeps her gaze low, focused on her fingers as they traverse the lute's strings.)

Vixonia trills softly at you.

You quietly sing in a soprano voice:

   "The salt and sand scraped every doubt,
    Each wriggling thought somehow plucked out,
    I hardly saw it come about,
    But somehow I was free."

Senthic takes a sip of his wine.

(Allye's song crescendos, the refrain scaling new heights as she dives into the next verse.)

You delicately sing in a soprano voice:

   "And in that world of dark and brine,
    I knew myself for the first time,
    I swam to shore and all was fine
    In that, my far-flung dream."

(Allye exhales a quiet breath, and her tune returns to where it began, a soft cascade of notes lifting and descending in somber sweetness.)

Nilme gazes at you.

You quietly sing in a soprano voice:

   "I dreamt the waves swept me to sea,
    And drowned me in the ocean deep,
    They silenced each wrong part of me,
    And all they left was peace."

Kethrai gazes at you.

Senthic observes you with fascination.

(Allye plays the last refrain on her lute, and the strings reverberate with the final chord until it fades into nothing and all that remains is the sound of the waves lapping at the sides of the ship.)

Nilme pulls you to her in a tight hug.

You sink into a deep curtsy.

Senthic hugs you, and you wrap your arms around him with a warm smile.

Eruwyn sighs softly.

Kethrai gazes silently at you.

Raising his Talan Sathra wine to you, Senthic gives you a toast. Cheers!

Nilme looks at you and applauds!

Vixonia says, "Wow.... hauntingly beautiful..."

Eruwyn nods to you.

You pull Nilme to you in a tight hug.

Eruwyn looks at you and applauds!

Raising her champagne tea to you, Vixonia gives you a toast. Cheers!

Senthic nods at Vixonia, obviously agreeing with her views.

Kethrai looks at you and applauds!

You hug Senthic who wraps his arms around you with a warm smile. A faint scent of sea spray clings to his fur.

You exclaim, "Thank you!"

Vixonia hugs you, and you wrap your arms around her with a warm smile.

Senthic offers you a bottle of Talan Sathra wine. Enter ACCEPT to accept the offer or DECLINE to decline it. The offer will expire in 30 seconds.

You grin sheepishly.

You hug Vixonia who wraps her arms around you with a warm smile. A faint scent of cloves clings to her fur.

You accept Senthic's offer and are now holding a bottle of Talan Sathra wine.

You put your lute in your lotusweave valise.

You move a bottle of Talan Sathra wine to your right hand.

Raising your Talan Sathra wine to Senthic, you give him a toast. Cheers!
