Something plucks at your heart, and you are sure you feel Tenemlor calling you. Weird.

[20:42] [Prydaen][Nevali] "I thought... I felt something..."

There is again, a calling, something beckoning you to the Firepit Circle in Sunfall Hub.

There is again, a calling, something beckoning you to the Firepit Circle in Sunfall Hub. You momentarily smell cooking fish and hear a laughing kit.

[20:45] [Prydaen][Nevali] "There's an old Munan at Sunfall Hub..."

There is again, a calling, something beckoning you to the Firepit Circle in Sunfall Hub. You momentarily smell smoke and feel the heat of a bonfire.

The feeling intensifies, a yearning to make your way to the Firepit Circle in Sunfall Hub. You feel the passive stare of an oddly familiar looking kit watching your next move.

[Sunfall Hub, Firepit Circle]
At the dead center of the Hub, an expansive bonfire blazes, tended to by the resident Prydaen. Several groups gather in the area to exchange trade, words, or to simply stop and share a meal. Nearby, a small group of well-protected kits take instruction from two Claw members while nearby warriors keep a watchful eye on the area.
You also see an ancient and wisened Munan and a low platform with several things on it.
Also here: Inkayo, Heart Tender Kethrai and Novus Nevali.
Obvious paths: northeast, southeast, southwest, northwest.

You trill softly, ears relaxing minutely against your head.

> look mun
Old and covered in scars, the Munan wears simple robes. Knotting wrappings dyed in rich blues and reds are tied off with glass beads which catch the light of the bonfire. The Munan's eyes are cloudy, though he seems to see just fine."

Kethrai kneels down.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "I am gladdened to see you arrive so quickly."

Nevali takes a seat.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Come, sit, sit, it is safe."

(Kethrai sits comfortably back on his heels and waits for the Munan to continue in his time.)

You relax your ears for a moment, letting them sag slightly.

You sit down near a low platform.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "I will begin in a moment, allow those travelling from afar to make their way."

Inkayo slings a narrow-headed spear off from over her shoulder.

Inkayo leans on her spear.

You quietly say, "Of course."

You smile.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "But four is a good number. Stable. I entrust you four with spreading what I will share."

Nevali angles her ears forward in curiosity.

You cock your head at an ancient and wisened Munan.

Kethrai angles his ears forward in curiosity.

Dancer Vixonia just arrived.

Vixonia trills, her ears relaxing minutely back against her head.

You perk up your ears happily as you gaze at Vixonia.

Vixonia hugs you, and you wrap your arms around her with a warm smile.

Vixonia raises her voice in a sharp rhythm that seems to thrum through the air.

Vixonia briefly spreads her arms outward as her chanting intensifies. The skipping, sparkling rhythm entices the air to shed moisture and to warm as if under a summer sun.

The warm, flowing rhythm of the enchante flows around you, seeking out every drop of moisture until your body is dry once more.

The air shifts as the persuasive melody of the enchante surrounds you, and suddenly the area seems hotter and drier.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Greetings."

You hug Vixonia who wraps her arms around you with a warm smile. A faint scent of cloves clings to her fur.

(Vixonia nods politely at the Munan in their midst.)

Vixonia hugs Kethrai, who wraps his arms around Vixonia with a warm smile.

Vixonia waves to Nevali.

Kethrai leans on Vixonia.

Nevali tips her hat to Vixonia with a courteous nod.

Vixonia takes a seat near Kethrai.

You say to Vixonia, "Come and sit with us."

You grin at Vixonia.

You nod.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Yes, please, sit."

Vixonia trills softly at you.

An ancient and wisened Munan asks, "Do you know of anyone else coming?"

(Kethrai tries carefully to lounge in a way that seems like he's taking no effort to do it.)

Kethrai takes a seat.

Vixonia says, "Thank you for the invitiation. I was lucky enough to find someone who could run my event for me."

Nevali says in Prydaenese, "I've alerted all that I know..."

The old Munan nods at Nevali.

You say, "I have as well, but unsure if any will be able to join."

Nevali says in Prydaenese, "I missed some..."

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "I will begin then."

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "It has been too long that we have lived away from our lands, and though we have adapted, even thrived, we have forgotten the ways of our ancestors, forgotten the pulse of the Hub."

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "I have uncovered the writings of my mother, passed to her by her mother from before the monster Lyras drove us from our home."

You angle your ears forward in curiosity.

Kethrai blinks.

Vixonia nods to an ancient and wisened Munan.

Inkayo says in Prydaenese, "Writings..."

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Though there is strength in tying ourselves to these new ways, in joining ourselves with these... peoples... We are Prydaen, no alloy, but purest of kadepa, and in that we are stronger. "

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "I have called you here today to teach you of some of our past, our heritage, that you may remember."

You trill softly to yourself.

Kethrai quietly says to Inkayo in Prydaenese, "The Claw of Azca had a writing system for quite some time before the Migration."

You nod to an ancient and wisened Munan.

(Vixonia tries not to look too excited as she listens carefully.)

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Listen well."

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "The Hub is composed of many, and through its effort, we were made stronger. First among those of us were those who tended to the needs of the soul. "

Inkayo slinks northwest.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Spirit-guards embodied the interconnectedness of our spiritual and physical realms. They served not only as defenders but also as caretakers of the clan's spiritual legacy, ensuring that our traditions and beliefs remained alive. They stood against the undead horde until their last."

Kethrai trills, his ears relaxing minutely back against his head.

Vixonia nods.

You gaze at an ancient and wisened Munan.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Shadow-stalkers embodied our ideals of stealth, agility, and resourcefulness. They played a crucial role in protecting our clan, gathering intelligence, and maintaining secrecy and skill in the face of outside threats. They did not fail when the monster Lyras swept our lands, and they saved countless, guiding through peril and foiling the things that pursued."

Inkayo just arrived.

Inkayo shifts uncomfortably for a moment.

You nod to an ancient and wisened Munan.

The old Munan glances at Inkayo.

Inkayo quietly says in Prydaenese, "Apologies."

The old Munan nods politely.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Wild-callers embody our reverence for nature, spiritual harmony, and order. They functioned in maintaining our place, our balance in the greater lands that we once inhabited. They were our guides, healers, and protectors. They fought bravely, their corpses defiled and turned against us."

Kethrai lashes his tail.

Vixonia flicks her ears back in obvious annoyance.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "The Spirit-Guards, Shadow-Stalkers, and Wild-Callers are aspects of the Claw of Eu. The Claw of Eu encompasses all of us, and we made the Hub, remembering the traditions of our ancestors."

Vixonia nods.

You nod to an ancient and wisened Munan.

Allye sits quietly, drinking in the words of the Munan. She stares in open wonder, amazed to learn so much detail of Hub structure that she'd never been taught before.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Thank you to those who heeded the call. I have spoken, and now you are tasked with remembering. It is my hope that in time we may all remember, and may once again live as we lived."

You smile at an ancient and wisened Munan.

Vixonia asks in Prydaenese, "Will we see you again when you have more to share with us?"

Kethrai thoughtfully says in Prydaenese, "Thank you, Elder."

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Yes, of course. It is my hope that we will restore what was lost, together."

You say, "Thank you for sharing this with us, Munan. May our kin remember and relearn what had been thought lost."

Forging Guru Sozinho just arrived.

You perk up your ears happily as you gaze at an ancient and wisened Munan.

Nevali asks in Prydaenese, "How are we to live as we lived? Remembering is one thing, but doing?"

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Teach the others, that they may remember."

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "As Prydaen. We are meant to live as Prydaen."

Vixonia says in Prydaenese, "Thank you very much. I will do my best to help teach. Perhaps it's time for another teaching song for the kin."

Vixonia nibbles her lip thoughtfully.

You beam at Vixonia!

The old Munan nods, and begins gathering his things.

Kethrai stands up.

Kethrai dusts himself off.

Vixonia stands up.

An ancient and wisened Munan says, "Be well, and remember that we are Prydaen."

Vixonia bows to an ancient and wisened Munan.

You stand back up.

You smile.

An ancient and wisened Munan just went northwest.

Nevali quirks one ear sideways in confusion.

You say, "Safe paths, Elder."

Nevali exclaims in Prydaenese, "But I'm... still... confused!"

Kethrai giggles.

Vixonia trills softly at Nevali.

You grin at Nevali.

The warm air swirling around you stills and begins to cool.

Vixonia says to Nevali in Prydaenese, "That's not something someone can tell us to do."

You ponder.

Vixonia says in Prydaenese, "It's something we must discover for ourselves."

Nevali stands up.

You ask, "Have any of you lived in a Hub before?"

Kethrai shakes his head at you.

Nevali asks in Prydaenese, "I was raised in an inn... sort of like a Hub, I guess?"

Vixonia says in Prydaenese, "I love that we have someone who can help us learn more of the past so that we can build our future."

You say, "I haven't either."

You innately sense that fate has smiled on you, and the world seems just a bit brighter than it did before.

[You have received a role-playing award! Type RPA HELP to review how to use it.]

You nod at Vixonia, in complete agreement with her views.

Inkayo shakes her head.

Kethrai says in Prydaenese, "I get the sense that we're the target audience, here."

You say, "How wonderful to see."

Vixonia says in Prydaenese, "I grew up in a family hub, but it wasn't as formal as this."

You nod to Vixonia.

Kethrai says, "Now, I... should probably get back and check on my fellow. I left pretty abruptly."

You nod to Kethrai.

Vixonia says in Prydaenese, "My aunts and uncles, with my mom and siblings. Taught of the old as much as we could... but they were all children during the migration. So much was lost."

Nevali scratches one ear, looking bemused.

You nod in agreement.

Vixonia trills softly at Kethrai.

Kethrai says, "Be safe, everyone."

Vixonia says in Prydaenese, "I should get back to the event I was supposed to run."

Kethrai brushes one ear with his hand, grooming it absentmindedly.

You say, "It makes one wonder what it was like, before."

Vixonia chuckles.

Vixonia waves to Kethrai.

Heart Tender Kethrai glides northwest.
