In the real world, the allarh is a Tuareg spear made of iron (or mild steel) and about 2 meters (6 to 7 feet) in length. The tip is barbed, the shaft usually has brass inlays, the long grip is of padded leather, a brass ferrule is usually present below the grip and the butt end is flattened into a fan shape.
In DragonRealms, there appears to be no specific cultural or racial significance attached to it.
