<p>This spell does stack! Multiple casts provide up to 31 roisaen of reduced hinderance. With heavy plate at 140 (wearing Field Plate, Great Helm and HP Handguards) and this spell active, hinderance is listed as "lightly hindered".</p><p>The first time you cast Y'ntrel Sechra determines the power of the spell. Subsequent casts only modify the duration of the spell.</p>
