A command to check the weather.
Unlike OBSERVE WEATHER it can be used while in RT or combat.
The weather command can also be used to determine the indoors/outdoors settings for the room you're in:
- WEATHER (indoors): That's a bit hard to do while inside.
- WEATHER (indoors with a door/window/portal opening to outdoors): You glance outside.
- Some doors/portals allow the use of the PEER command to see the room outside but do not allow you to check the weather.
- WEATHER (outdoors): You glance up at the sky.
