Is the information concerning only Olvi being able to perform higher than adequate images correct? I've seen several non-Olvi generate the higher-tier smoke images no problem [[User:NUKENAVY|NUKENAVY]] ([[User talk:NUKENAVY|talk]]) 18:28, 24 February 2017 (CST) |
