Not sure if anyone is keeping track anymore, but I just experienced a one second reduction on the store bought HX at 175 Crossbow Skill. Barbarian, loading from quiver with 40 Str, 30 Agil, 30 Ref. Went from 11 to 10. <s>Hard change,</s> never saw 10 seconds at 174, <s>haven't seen 11 seconds since 175.</s> Noticing mix of 11s and 10s. |
