According to Play.net posts, focusing on the aevanstone teaches some arcana (but not as much as cambrinth). ----Isharon 18:01, 22 May 2011 (UTC)

I have found that it is no longer possible to charge these. The visions worked until the item ran out. 16 may 2013.
