Description

The sleazy lout is a young adult, and as he moves through the area he looks around with fiery rebellion in his eyes. With grungy clothes and an equally dirty body, the lout looks ready to fight anything seen as an easy mark.

In Depth

Louts are dance-able with little to no defenses. However, in order to hit them, you should expect to have a minimum of 15 ranks in weapons. Their evasion seems to be extremely high, so expect to have a minimum of 20 ranks in ranged weapons and TM.
