I should probably state something and likely clarify it in the messaging.

That message is a special 'Social Corruption Effect' which has nothing to do with your personal social {{PRel|outrage}}. You get a corruption effect if you're {{PRel|Accuse command|ACCUSED}} no matter what, which temporarily makes you act like 100% outrage.

Now, if you are at 100% outrage for realz, and the effect runs out, you're still messaged but that doesn't mean it's safe to go into town.
