This should be the case. Any of the stairs/ramps/paths/walkways/etc that use this mechanic should now be able to train the [[Roundtime|RT]] down to 1 sec and the [[Fatigue|fatigue]] down to 5% per movement. Odds are you'll cap the speed before the fatigue.
