|p={{PRel|Warpaint}} isn't giving an intimidation bonus anymore. They can give a dinky charisma bonus, which is a small plus for roars and not really a balance concern. The bonus from {{PRel|Berserk Cyclone|cyclone}} is faster voice regen. The {{PRel|roar helm}} bonus does have a cap, and is in line with boosters like WM pathways.

I spoke with the team a bit today, and am going to dive into balancing our Barb stuff a bit more next week.
