We're probably not going to treat the {{PRel|Hiding skill|stealth}} skills any differently, because of the many stealth-oriented ways that {{PRel|stalking skill|stalking}} has been trained in the past and could legitimately be higher than hiding. It's easier in the code and it's easier on the mind for everything to be consistent.
