Just doing a random sample of the 415 players online right now: 114 have over 1k, but only 14 of them have over 10k plats. Only 2 have over 20k. None have even remotely close to 100k. (Note that for technical reasons of not wanting to do a conversion that's in pl not pk).

So I don't think the distribution of wealth is quite as lopsided as some people think.
