General<br />

Events<br />

- Kodius is now working on new 3.0 combat.<br />
- To-hit to be percent based rather than threshold based. - No stealth changes upon 3.0 release.<br />

- Ranged attacks will be moving to the melee attack model so that all attacks are governed equally.''<br />
- Retreating will inflict a stamina and offensive penalty for each time you do it.<br />
- A new fluid engagement system is in the works which will have a more robust advance/retreat system(no more teleport-retreat I believe) but won't make the 3.0 release.<br />
- Dual wield is still planned.<br />
