Just to satisfy my curiosity and make sure I have things straight; one could say that all Risen are undead, but not all undead are Risen (in the raised by a necromancer sense) correct? Correct. The Risen are a sub-category of Undead. To give examples, are incorporeal undead like Tortured Souls and Death Spirits also the purview of Necromancers? Not usually. Non-corporeal undead are usually the providence of the divine. Some Necromancers in the past have shown an ability to control and conjure them as well, but that's a body of unclean knowledge that the majority of Necromancers either do not know or choose not to practice. -Armifer
