|p=Don't hold me to all this, since I'm working from memory, but the current plan is roughly:

Step 1) Recall History gets converted over to the new Evoke mechanics.

This alone will make it far more robust -- the main hold up is that I'm going to have to go through and rewrite/manually update every recall in the game which is going to take somewhat longer than it did for Evoke. You may be asking "But why do they all need to be rewritten?" and the answer is two folder: Because it needs to be done to mesh smoothly with the new mechanics (And some of them actually just need to be rewritten due to bugs/bad conversions/etc) but more importantly: Because they aren't going to be Bard only, and many of them were written assuming they were. Yeah, you heard that correctly (since I don't believe I've announced that before) Recall History is going to be open to everyone. While partly this is to make scholarship more viable to non-Bards, it's mostly to make the lore more accessible, which in turn makes it more likely to be developed in the future. Keep in mind that Bards will retain a hefty bonus to this and Evokes are going to be more common in the future and remain Bard only.

Step 2) All the other recall stuff is being rewritten.

This is actually fairly close to done right now and is mostly waiting for the core mechanics to be moved over to the Evoke mechanics since they're closely meshed. Most of this rewrite should be invisible, as they big changes are on the back end, but for you guys the important things are that all recalls are being opened to everyone (Though certain guilds will retain bonuses to certain recalls) and the user experience should be much better (Many bug fixes, more logical timers and skill growth, better exp, much easier future development, most notably of "Recall Famous").

Step 3) New Recall Stuffs.

"Recall Heavens" (That's just a working name) which will let you recall useful facts about planets/stars/moons and whatnot. This will have some specific functionally only to Moon Mages, but will be largely open to everyone.

"Recall Substances" (Again a working name, though it may end up entirely replacing Recall Herb) -- the idea is that it will tie heavily into the crafting system letting you recall interesting facts about... well, substances. Where they can be found, what they do, what their properties are and so forth. Again -- open to everyone.

Step 4) New Recalls.

This is the editing and implementation of the stuff from the Recall Contests and whatnot.
