You are not being penalized, you're being treated exactly like every other group that isn't an Order or the Mentor Society.


As has been said, there are no promises of Game Masters being available to send out announcements so to avoid situations like this - the hurt feelings and claims of favoritism - we don't do in game announcements.

If you had something like this done before you left - it was an exception to an existing policy. This would be an example of why we don't generally do this, because players have hurt feelings or feel they have a claim because some GameMaster once was able to give more time than they are now.

As has been said by every events GM in this discussion, we are hoping to flesh out more options for player run events in the future. So it may change in the future but this is what we have right now.
