I've just rolled two updates to Prime and Plat:
- Experience for OBSERVE (or PEER TELESCOPE) has been increased. This is to help keep the skills moving during the fairly long timer on observing.
- The amount of prediction pool bonus a telescope gives has been increased.
- -- This used to be a random chance based on the quality, and the amount was a small flat amount. It now always bonuses, and the amount is based on the quality of the telescope.
