I've just rolled two updates to Prime and Plat: Experience for OBSERVE (or PEER TELESCOPE) has been increased. This is to help keep the skills moving during the fairly long timer on observing. The amount of prediction pool bonus a telescope gives has been increased. -- This used to be a random chance based on the quality, and the amount was a small flat amount.
