I've just rolled two updates to Prime and Plat:
  1. Experience for OBSERVE (or PEER TELESCOPE) has been increased. This is to help keep the skills moving during the fairly long timer on observing.
  2. The amount of prediction pool bonus a telescope gives has been increased.
-- This used to be a random chance based on the quality, and the amount was a small flat amount. It now always bonuses, and the amount is based on the quality of the telescope.
