Mind Shout Update · on 05/06/2018 05:35 459
The Mind Shout spell will now apply all of the effects of Mental Blast. This means that it can deal increased nerve damage, knock its targets out, and cause them to drop held items.

Live in Prime and Platinum, with TF to follow in a few days.
