The "pishra" or apostrophe used in S'Kra is used to denote when you breathe. Imagine it as a comma. It's why you can string a whole sentence together without one, or use several for cosmetic reasons. Some words have the pause built into them, like S'Kra and would mean something different without it.

As a simple answer and based ONLY on what I know about the language, your chosen surname isn't wrong for what you wanted it to translate to.
