[ Social Outrage] applies at the moment of the botched crime, and then decays like normal SO (because that's what it is at that point). It's helpful to remember that conceptually, Social Outrage is meant to gauge the sort of burning, immediate KEEEEL HEEEM response society holds for you. You're never not hunted by society because, hey, that's what Necromancers are and being a perfectly good little Philosopher doesn't change that. Instead, it's a matter of how recently you've pinged their radar. -Armifer
