|p=To clarify, {{PRel|Enchanting skill|Enchanting}} will absolutely be themed around using magic (in the DR sense of the term) to bind supernatural effects into physical forms.

"Themed" is the key word there, and the parenthetical is pretty important too. The tools that manipulate mana for enchanting will be available to everyone. [[Imbue]] will either be cheaply available in wand format or not critical to the system.
