OLD snake charms cannot be altered at all.<br>
NEW snake charms can be altered, but ONLY the base item of the charm. No messaging changes, no TAP/LOOK changes. "a snake charm" can become "an emerald-eyed serpent" but ONLY if it is of the new variety.<br>
How do you tell the difference?? Uh. Send it in and we'll let you know.
