|p=1) Players shall no longer be penalized for training stats before leveling. 100 + level TDP gain will now start at level 10 regardless of what your stats are.

2) ESP items of all classes should (hopefully) now be usable by Commoners assuming they meet any other non-level requirements the items might have.

This is live in all instances. Please let me know if #2 isn't working right.
