All defense learning is affected by MO. {{PRel|Evasion skill|Evasion}}, Parry, {{PRel|Shield Usage skill|Shield}}, and Armor. The punch line is that how MO affects all other defense exp is impacted by circle. Don't ask me why...I just work here.
