Howdy folks... While tracking down another bug this week I discovered the code for calculating ammo breakage had been removed from the live instances. I am going to re-add this and see how things play out. Hopefully the chance is low enough that folks won't be too hassled by it. And well, you can easily craft all the awesome ammo you want now.
