|p=A weapon's balance and power determines what % of your {{PRel|Agility (stat)|agility}} and {{PRel|strength (stat)|strength}} are used for the stat bonus in an attack/parry or damage calculation. Yes, this can go over 100% and is why mirror weapons are nice despite having otherwise ordinary damage stats.
