Since Necros don't have any Nth Weapon reqs, Small Edge isn't technically restricted, but either way the effect is the same. TM is now a soft req for necros, so it is not restricted.

Evasion is restricted for paladins - Omission on my part

>>Warrior Mage: Currently I have Scholarship as a hard req(restricted). Is this no longer restricted?

Scholarship is now a soft req for WMs.
