She is wearing a large black hat adorned with an oversized white tuule bow, a tart-shaped tote decorated with lace frosting, an empire waist gown of emerald brocade and a pair of black silk slippers with diminutive heels.

• Phanie says, "I don't work on no weapons of mass destructions, so don't even be bringin' in some hooplah kind of shield or stick-bow thinkin' I'm gonna touch it. Most anything else is jus' fine, chirrens."

• Phanie says, "You should also take note that I leave my own kind of sign on my work. Everything I work on will have a nice bow put on it somehow. Theses here are the rules. If you chirrens don't like them, you shouldn't be here a'asking nothing from me."

• Phanie says, "A bow is a bow, chirrens. Just because I think your bow is ugly doesn't mean I won't make it."
