The following is quoted from the Order of the White Rose flyer, which can be found in the Crossing:

Sanctioning Province: Zoluren

The Order of the White Rose strives to promote racial unity, reunification of the Empire of the Seven Pointed Star and education of the masses as well as aiding those adventurers in need of assistance.

The Order of the White Rose provides trauma teams for those times of need, holds teaching sessions to educate on racial unity and the Empire of the Seven Pointed Star, searches for lost relics of the Empire and coordinates social gatherings for members and non-members alike.
