An older Sand Elf named Lhars was found at the Silver Coin Inn in Muspari, and was apparently looking to charter a boat saying, "No, I don't need to cross the sea, just get on it." On his quest to find one, he came to the attention of the Inquisition in Therengia, and was found to be a Necromancer. The Inquisition there attempted to enlist the aid of the Wardens in Riverhaven, but the Necromancer appeared to be too much for them to handle. Marsais and Meidori managed to drag him through a gate to the top of the High Temple in Zoluren to turn him over to Inquisitors there and hopefully imprison him, but he killed them both and escaped. He was then slain twice by several Therengians and Zolurnites before fleeing back north to Muspari.
He seems to have found passage to Ratha as he brought undead pirates and was killed by the local citizenry
