Lake Juku'hei is found along the Reshalia Trade Road north of Ratha. As seen from a berm along the road:

The berm which bounds Lake Juku'hei, out of sight from here, is made of tightly packed rock and dirt. The core of the structure is solid (or it wouldn't be here), but the top layer of rocks, from fist-sized to boulder-sized, is quite loose and unstable.

Another berm further along the road gives more detail about the lake:

The steep berm defines the boundary of Lake Juku'hei, which supplies fresh water to the city of Ratha. High and broad, the bulk of the berm is built solidly, to last through earthquake and seaborn storm, but the surface is rocky and unstable looking.
