Look Jackwater

This foul-smelling young man looks to be a little sick. He is wearing a tan canvas shirt and a pair of badly stained canvas pants. His clothes look as if they have not been washed for months. You notice that he has developed a bad habit of constantly licking his lips.

Sometimes Jackwater will randomly sing, as here:

With no notice, the drunken Jackwater begins to loudly sing an obviously self-scribed piece.
"I stole your love and grabbed your money,
but you done know dat I'm fool for ya honey
Please take me back in and say all is forgiven,
'cause without you life ain't worths livin'."
He subsides into a drunken mutter, swaying back and forth.
