Purchase this at the Crossing Housing Headquarters in the located on Ustial Road, one west of Raven's Court. The deeds are on a table in the room [Estate Holders' Headquarters, Foyer]. You must have already purchased the SimuCoins on the website.
It will last for 30 Real Life days, at which point it will behave in the same way as a Premium member downgrading. It is possible to buy extensions before the time expires in increments of 30, 60, or 90 days.
