This is an Alteration token for Shadow Servants for Moon Mages. If utilizing token with an alteration scroll, please review the Shadow Servant Alteration Guidelines.
Verbs
- STUDY - (Non Moon Mage)
- The bony token is commonly used to modify the appearance of a Moon Mage's shadow servant. Not being such a mage, you're fairly certain you couldn't activate such a device.
- Were the bony token to be activated, the following modifications to a servant would be made:
- Base Description: "a ghoulish Shadow Servant"
- Long Description: "a ghoulish Shadow Servant with grasping bony fingers"
- LOOK Description: "Thin tendrils of darkness twine against one another to form the imposingly tall creature."
- These are compatible with the scroll system for alterations. You must use this item as the base when you GET your scroll if you wish to have it altered.
- STUDY - (Moon Mage)
- The bony token is commonly used to modify the appearance of a Moon Mage's shadow servant. Being such a mage with knowledge of the spell, you could INVOKE the bony token to reshape the shadows that form your servant. The changes would take affect at its next summoning.
- Were the bony token to be activated, the following modifications to a servant would be made:
- Base Description: "a ghoulish Shadow Servant"
- Long Description: "a ghoulish Shadow Servant with grasping bony fingers"
- LOOK Description: "Thin tendrils of darkness twine against one another to form the imposingly tall creature."
