| Look: | The blackened silver index arm and matching drum attach to a similar frame with small silver screws, the normally bright metal darkened so as not to reflect oddly in the lenses and mirrors of the instrument. Behind the index arm, a graceful brass arc etched with leaping dolphins on either side of the measurements is held by a brass locking device. |
