Holiday Decoration Contest 2013

A contest run by GM Naohhi, in which pictures of the players real life holiday decorations were sent in.

We're back with another contest, new prizes, and hopefully many submissions for everyone to vote on!

For the next month, we want you to show us your holiday decorations. We'll accept photos of your decorations for any of the Winter Holiday season. This includes decorated trees, yard or home decorations/light displays, "Christmas Village" dioramas, etc. Any applicable holiday counts, including Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Saturnalia, Festivus, whatever you celebrate. Show it off and win cool prizes! Make sure you have a sign with the date and your character name visible in at least one of the images. If you'd like, take one holding your sign with your display in the background and then feel free to submit others without it, we just need to know the display is yours.

For this contest, we have a prize pool of six items. First place will be allowed to choose three items, then second place will be allowed to choose two, and then third place will be given the remaining prize item.

Entry

• Take a photo of your decor and include your character's name and the date in the photo somehow so that we know you didn't just yoink something from the intarwebs.
• Submit your photo to DR-EVENTS@PLAY.NET with the Subject Line: Happy Holidays from CharacterName (IE: Happy Holidays from Naohhi)
• Please include in your email what instance you're in!
• We of course ask that you please do not submit anything that violates the TOS, or we won't be able to allow anyone to vote on it.
• The DEADLINE for this contest is January 10th [2014] at midnight eastern -- Plenty of time for you all to have your parties, recover, and take glorious photos!
