Description: Gar Zeng is an introductory electrical attack. Several arcs of electricity are emitted in rapid succession, making it fairly easy to hit your target *somewhere*. Due to the capricious nature of the arcs, Gar Zeng can not be aimed at a specific body part. Avoid casting this spell in water.
Effect: Fire damage, Electrical damage, Single target multi-strike.
Example Messaging: You reach out toward a kobold with your left hand.

Three blasts of electricity arc from you to it!
The first blast glances off its target shield, causing a shower of sparks.
A kobold squeezes its left eye shut as tightly as possible as sparks dance over its face.
