Description: Blood Burst is the strongest and, to outsiders, the debatably vilest spell in the Necromancer's arsenal. Requiring the caster to be bleeding or sacrifice a portion of their life force in the casting, the end result is a projectile of deadly incarnadine force.
Effect: Impact damage, Fire damage, Collateral damage.
Example Messaging: 3rd person:

<Necromancer> swipes her fingertips across her hand.
Blood suddenly forms up upon <Necromancer>'s fingers.
The blood on <Necromancer>'s hand seems to burble and shift before she flicks her wrist to send the incarnadine droplets hurtling towards you!
You manage to intercept some of the droplets with your shield.
The droplets burst in crimson bubbles that leave light searing across your back.
You are lightly stunned!
Some of the droplets spray elsewhere, causing collateral damage!

1st person:
You swipe your fingertips across your hand.
With no bleeding wound, your pattern drags vital energy out from within you to compensate.
You sense your magic mutate the blood with terrifying power and, with a simple flick of your wrist, send the incarnadine droplets hurtling towrads <target>!
<target> manages to intercept some of the droplets with his shield.
The droplets burst in crimson bubbles that leave light searing across <target>'s back.
<target> is lightly stunned!.
Some of the droplets spray elsewhere, causing collateral damage!.

Devices/Tattoos: Baroque ivory wand inlaid with vengeance rubies
