Black sand leeches are found in the sandpit on the Velakan Trade Road. They cause vitality damage over time, slowly getting bigger until they are fully gorged, then they fall off and slither away.

Description

Shiny, dry, and smooth, the sand leech's skin is a dark brownish-black. It pulsates gently as it feeds.
