Description: True to its name, Aura Sight grants its subject the ability to see the auras that emanate from all things. While the spell does not include the estoeric knowledge needed to read meaningful information from those auras, the mystic sight strengthens a seer's tie to the Plane of Probability and can sharpen the sensitivity of any magician's Attunement.

  • The descriptor of the auras (unintelligible, nebulous, etc,) is based on the potency of the spell (which can be increased by SPELL STANCE or by more mana). At 100% potency, the messaging is:
    • 5-24 mana: unintelligible
    • 25-44 mana: nebulous
    • 45-64 mana: well defined
    • 65+ mana: clearly defined
    • ?? mana: incredibly defined

Trivia

  • Old planned description: Requires Clear Vision, Refractive Field. By seeing the auras of those in the area, the caster is able to tell who - or what - is hidden or invisible nearby by simply concentrating. Additionally, the caster is able to divine details about a target's background, such as recent murders or deliveries.
