Arhhdan

Arhhdan is apparently the King of Muspar'i according to this sign on a free food cart in Muspari's S'zella's Square:

A sign reads: Welcome to our fair city! All vendor foods are paid for by the Great King Arhhdan, so enjoy our delicacies at your leisure!

Appearance

You see King Arhhdan, a S'Kra Mur. He has a sharp-featured face with slitted gold eyes and an elegant snout, red-gold scales, a slender tail and a lean build. He is tall for a S'Kra Mur. He is middle-aged for a S'Kra Mur. He is in good shape.

He is wearing a jadeite gwethdesuan, a kyanite gwethdesuan, a gold ru'at bracelet inlaid with topaz, a pale gold cotton shirt with buttons of carved red jade, a belt of carved ivory linked with fire-red rubies, some sleek black leather pants with golden tracery, some glossy black leather dress boots, a black lacquered mistwood sheath inlaid with bands of gold, an onyx tailband inlaid with a golden dragon curled around a fire-red ruby and a crimson suede hip pouch with a stylized hematite flame clasp.
