Description: The Arc Light spell uses small amounts of raw electrical energy to produce a blinding flash of light which may stun the target and cause minor head damage. Though non-lethal, use caution since it's possible to ignite naphtha with the flashes.
Effect: Causes a stun that cannot be chain cast.
