- STUDY: As you study the beetle, you think you could probably wear, remove, clean, flip, kiss, pinch, punish, rub, tap and tickle it.
- WEAR: You set your bombardier beetle on your shoulder. The beetle raises its abdomen briefly before getting a good grip.
- REMOVE: You carefully remove your bombardier beetle from your shoulder. The beetle squirms and raises its abdomen briefly before resigning itself to being picked up.
- CLEAN: Your bombardier beetle begins an elaborate grooming routine, using its mandibles to clean all of its legs before unfolding its membranous wings to clean them.
- FLIP when worn: You can't -- you're wearing it.
- FLIP when held: You try to flip your bombardier beetle onto its back for a belly rub, but the beetle quickly rights itself.

- TAP: With one finger, you reach toward your bombardier beetle. The beetle investigates you with its long antennae.
- TICKLE: You try to tickle your bombardier beetle, but it grasps your finger with its legs and holds on tight. Did you really expect the beetle to laugh?
