Good idea, I've often thought we needed an additional marker to tag articles that needed more fleshing out but weren't quite so spare as a stub. I personally don't mind using {{stub}} for these articles, but a greater level of precision is always good.

I would however suggest doing this via an article marker template. Marker templates do three things at once in a very elegant way: they add the article to the chosen category; place a banner within the article itself so people browsing the site are instantly aware the article needs work of some kind; and are easy to add and remove from the article as needed. Examples are {{stub}}, {{wikify}}, or {{cleanup}}. Check out those templates and how they are used.

I would also suggest renaming this category to something more precise such as "Articles that Need Expansion" or "Incomplete Articles" --Farman 22:46, 8 April 2008 (CDT)
