Rough-hewn stone walls support a ceiling of massive, closely spaced timbers. Heavy iron chains suspend shallow braziers above a floor of dark slate. Carved wooden panels depict longships, mountain peaks, and ranks of armored warriors. A chill draft slips beneath the iron-banded entrance door, carrying the faint scent of wet stone into the smoky chamber.
You also see a heavy iron-bound oak door beneath a carved timber lintel.
