Noel owns Noel's Arms in Riverhaven

Noel is a stunningly attractive elven woman, with long raven hair flowing down her back in dark rich waves, forming a perfect backdrop for her pale, narrow features. Long, wiry muscles show through the tight black leather garbing her lithe form. On one hip she wears a sheathed rapier, and something about her bearing makes you believe that she knows more about weapons than just making them.
